All mock-tests, premium question series, and study materials offered by RKM Pathfinder Academy are non-tangible, digital assets. Because these packages are unlocked instantaneously upon payment completion, we enforce a strict refund guideline as outlined below.
1. Nature of Services
RKM Pathfinder Academy delivers virtual exam preparatory resources. Once a test package or full access subscription is associated with your IP, session, or account, it is considered "fully consumed" as digital content can be read or simulated instantly.
2. Strict No-Refund Rule
Unless specified in Section 3, all payments made on our portal are strictly final, non-refundable, and non-transferable. We do not provide prorated refunds, test series exchange credits, or cancellations for packages that have already been processed and unlocked.
3. Technical Double-Payment Exception
In rare events of payment gateway errors (such as money getting deducted twice for the same transaction), the surplus amount will be automatically or manually reconciled. Once verified by our payment desk, duplicate deductions are refunded back to the original source bank within 5 to 7 working days.
4. Abuse and Violation Forfeitures
If our security filters flag your session for attempting content theft, unauthorized scraping of simulated questions, or multi-user sharing, your service will be terminated instantly. In such cases, all remaining subscription credits stand forfeited and are completely ineligible for a refund.
5. Resolving Technical Issues
If you experience technical errors preventing the test screen (`test.html`) from opening after successful transaction verification, please do not initiate a chargeback. Contact our admin desk immediately so we can manually update your access configurations.
